3 questions to help you (and your team) prioritize

Mathieu Murail recently introduced a simple technique to help people make the most of their working hours.

The “SUN” method invites you to systematically check each task you assign or are being assigned, on 3 factors: Why (need), When (urgency), What (scope).

1. Need: Is the need real ?
2. Urgency: Can it wait ?
3. Scope: What is the minimum acceptable outcome ?

Likewise, in your email communication, whenever you ask something from someone, always specify:

1. Why you need it
2. For when
3. To what extend
